This workshop is given in partnership with the wonderful folks at Foraged Florals Flower Farm in New Ross!
About the Workshop
Are you interested in learning to use the wild plants around you as food and medicine to support good health?
In this hands-on workshop, clinical herbalist Oren Hercz will teach you to identify, harvest, store, and eat some abundant local medicinals. You'll gain tools for foraging safely and ethically, while also learning about the plants' health benefits in a hands-on sensory way. This means we'll smell, touch, and taste the plants to intuitively grasp their healing properties.
Along the way, we’ll harvest medicinals to make a nourishing wild salad and wild pesto. From the forest to the fork!
